Before continuing, please ensure you meet all of the eligibility criteria below. You must:
- Be aged 16 or over
- Be permanently living in the Dover District
- Have a total household income of £33,000 or less per year, or be in receipt of a means‑tested benefit (such as Housing Benefit, Universal Credit, or Pension Credit)
- Use heating oil as the main source of heating and/or hot water
- Have 150 litres of heating oil or less remaining in the tank
(priority will be given to households with under 100 litres)
- Be unable to afford the minimum order required for a heating oil delivery
