This form must be completed by the ratepayer or someone authorised to do so on their behalf.
This form will ask you to provide
- your business address and contact details
- the full name of the ratepayer
- your business rates account reference
- the property address and details
- if the property is for sale or let, the agent details
- for properties sold, rented, or leases disclaimed, we need the contact details of the new owner/tenant and the date on which the sale/lease commenced or the lease was disclaimed.
