Report Council Tax fraud

Use this form to report suspected Council Tax fraud, for example, if you think someone is claiming a Council Tax discount or exemption when they are not entitled to it. Please note that if you suspect someone of benefit fraud, this needs to be reported on the GOV.UK website 

This form will ask you to provide

  • Details of the person suspected of fraud
  • Your details (you can complete this form anonymously if you wish)

Please have this information ready as pages time-out after one hour.
