Use this form if you are applying for a permit to operate mobile plant crushing and screening brick tile and concrete as defined in Schedule 1 to the Environmental Permitting Regulations.
There is a charge for this application. If your application is successful you will also have to pay an annual subsistence charge.
We will ask you to provide the following information:
- contact details
- operator and or holding company details
- details of any existing environmental plant or consent
- activity details, including a list of serial numbers
- your payment card details
