Parking Refund Application

Before You Start

You can apply for a refund of

  • Pay and Display parking machine payments 
  • Parking Permits

After completing this form please post the original Pay and Display Ticket or Parking Permit to us.

We can only make refund payments by bank transfer.

Permit cancellations and permit refunds should be requested through their online permit account; any applicable refund due will be processed to the card with which payment was made.

We will ask you 

  • The reason for the refund request
  • Your bank account details
