Before You Start

This form is to be completed by either the person who intends to carry out the demolition or the applicant.

We will ask for

  • Your details
  • The Agent (if applicable)
  • Demolition Contractor (if you have one)
  • Location and size of the building
  • Details of the demolition work
  • Site location details
  • A copy of the site plan (if available)

Please have this information ready as pages time-out after one hour.
