- How it could be acquired and used
- About your organisation, including:
- Company or charity registration number (if applicable)
- Contact details
- Its aims and activities
- Document uploads for:

Memorandum and Articles of Association (for a company),
- Trust Deed (for a trust),
- Constitution and/or rules (for other organisations)
- Local relevency
- Surplus funds details
- Your contact details
