Before you start
Use this for to register your business onto the Dover District Council voluntary Tattoo Hygiene Rating Scheme.
You will be asked
- Your name, business and contat details
- Details of other practitioners at your business
- To accept and be bound by the rules of the scheme
Your rating will be published on our website: www.dover.gov.uk/tattoohygiene plus the the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Wales (CIEH) websites and via social media
Leaving the Scheme
Any application to leave the scheme will be dealt with within 28 working days upon receipt, during which time your rating may still be made available to the public.
